Design Received

First
when the order is received by us, we also get the articles
by which the design is to be made. It can be a curtain, a
coin or anything which the customer wants to get
the carpet designed from. It can even be the picture of any
design which can be used by us for the designing. You can
even send a picture of your interiors so that we can
make the design accordingly.

After
the sample is received by us the design is plotted on a
graph paper and then it is sent to the customer to know how
it would look like on the making. It is not boundation that
the client would have to buy the custom made carpet. He can
withdraw at any stage during its making if the carpet is not
according to the expectations. The
client is kept informed during the various stages of the
manufacturing of the carpet so that he/she may be aware as
to how the carpet is being made. Pictures of various stages
are sent as confirmation when the carpet is on loom and
during its making .
This helps in keeping the client informed about the progress
of the order. Once the carpet is completed it is shipped to
the client to add to the beauty of their living rooms and
offices.
